The Chef will propose different menus daily depending on the catch of the day and the vegetables that we have exclusively come from Pianosa Island,
a paradise at one hour of sailing, in the National Park of the Tuscan Archipelago, where vegetables grow in a protected and unpolluted environment
without the aid of any chemical treatment.
Our sommelier will advise you between a careful selection of the best wines from Elba island.
The restaurant is open to guests and non-guests. Not included in full- or half-board.
