  • When is check-in and check-out?

    Check-in begins at 14:00 (2pm); check-out begins at 11:00am.
    If you wish, on your check-out day you can leave your luggage at the front desk where it will be safely watched over while you relax in the pool or on the beach waiting for the time of your departure.

  • What are your cancellation terms?

    When a guest is forced to cancel a booking and it is done more than five days before tje scheduled date of arrival, there will be no charge issued. However, if the cancellation of a reservation is made after the five day grace period, or there is a no-show, the cost of the first night will be charged to the individual who booked the reservation. Upon request, a cancellation insurance policy is available.
    Every price or offer has its own cancellation terms. Therefore, we advise you to carefully read the booking processes that you will find on our official website.

  • Is Wi-Fi-Internet connection available?

    Yes. All the communal spaces and rooms on the premises of the Hotel Biodola are covered with complimentary Wi-Fi-Internet connection which allows you to navigate as you wish 24/7.

  • What about parking?

    Yes, there is parking. Our parking is open-air and unsupervided.

  • Do you offer gluten-free menus?

    Yes, we do. In all of our restaurants gluten-free foods. Are available nevertheless, we ask you to please inform us, before your arrival, of any special needs you might require.

  • Are your rooms and suites air-conditioned?

    Of course.Each room si different but all are furnished with high-tech services including autonomous climate control.

  • Do you organize tours and excursions?

    Yes. Our staff is at your disposal if you wish to organize a sailing tour with a professional skipper, food and wine tasting tours, and visits to the many beautiful attractions you will find in the Island of Elba and the Tuscan Achipelago.
